All rates are weekly and apply based on the fiscal year of the injury date (July 1 – June 30). Weekly minimum under the 7/1/2026 grid: $45, plus $20/week per dependent (spouse and up to 4 minor children), not to exceed the maximum.

Mileage is paid for travel to medical appointments related to the injury, at the rate for the year of injury.
If your average weekly wage (AWW) is $900, your TTD check is 66.67% × $900 = $600/week. With a dependent spouse and 2 minor children, add $20 each: $660/week.
66.67% × $2,400 = $1,600, but the 2026 maximum is $1,376/week. If you earn more than about $2,064/week, the cap cuts your TTD check.
PPD rate = 66.67% × $900 = $600 (under the $917 cap). 10% × 312 weeks = 31.2 weeks. 31.2 × $600 = $18,720 in PPD.
For injuries between July 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027, the TTD (temporary total disability) maximum is $1,376 per week, per the official Utah Labor Commission Payment Grid.
The fiscal year of your injury date — not the current year. If you were hurt on March 15, 2025, the 7/1/2024–6/30/2025 rates apply (TTD max $1,284), even if your case is still open in 2026.
The base calculation is 66.67% of your average weekly wage. You add $20 per week for a dependent spouse and $20 for each dependent minor child (up to 4), not to exceed the weekly maximum for your injury year.
For 2026 injuries, $0.715 per mile driven to and from medical appointments related to the injury. The rate depends on your injury year: 2025 was $0.695, 2024 was $0.675.
Up to $1,169 per week for injuries on or after 7/1/2026, with a 6-year maximum of $364,728, plus burial expenses up to $12,500 (injuries on or after 1/1/2024).
